If you do not consent to all conditions outlined herein, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service and must delete the application immediately.

Swoon is an AI-powered dating assistant designed to enhance your social interactions through artificial intelligence. Our platform offers several primary utilities:

• Dating Coach: An AI-driven consultant providing strategic relationship advice and communication guidance via text and image inputs.
• Chat Analyzer: A tool that processes conversation screenshots to interpret emotional sentiment and interest levels, offering suggested responses.
• Date Planner: A personalized recommendation engine that generates itineraries based on user-defined interests and financial constraints.

The Service utilizes the "Charm" virtual currency system for feature access. We reserve the unilateral right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend any aspect of these services to ensure platform integrity and technological progress.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

As a user of Swoon, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to utilize the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Circumventing security measures or attempting to extract proprietary AI models.
• Using the Service to harass, intimidate, or deceive third parties.
• Uploading malicious code, malware, or content that infringes upon the privacy of others.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any violation of these standards may result in immediate revocation of your access privileges.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design assets (including our rose gold visual identity), and AI-generated methodologies are the exclusive property of the Swoon development team. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute our intellectual property without express written consent.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our AI is designed to provide high-quality dating insights, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or success of the advice provided. Use of our features, including the Chat Analyzer and Dating Coach, is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swoon and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, relationship outcomes, or any business interruptions arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breaches of these Terms. You may cease using the Service at any time by deleting the application and canceling any active subscriptions through your App Store settings.
